Consideraciones sobre la validez de la especie Hispanotherium alpani Saraç 1978 (Rhinocerotidae)

The taxonomic validity of the species Hispanotherium alpani Saraç 1978 is questioned. This species, defined in the Yeni Eskihisar site from the Middle Miocene of Turkey, is compared morphological and biometrically with H. grimmi and H. matritense. It is established as synonyme of H. grimmi.
