The fauna of micromammals (rodentia and lagomorphs) from the Middle Miocene bed of Tarazona de Aragón, placed in the Ebro Depression, is described in this paper. The faunal association determined is the following: Heteroxerus rubricati, Heteroxerus sp.,Armantomys aragonensis, Pseudodryomys ibericus, Microdymys koenigswaldi, Megacricetodon collongensis, Fahlbuschia koenigswaldi, Fahbuschia sp. and Lagopsis peñai.This fauna is similar to those of the Middle Aragonian from the Calatayud-Daroca Basin which are included in the zone D of the biozonation of Daams &. Freudenthal (1981); it is also similar to the faunas of the Tajo Basin of the same age.
